Brief:

With the recent launch of ShoreTel Connect CLOUD service, the ability to reach and serve a wider group of business customers required the need to set-up a dedicated ‘high-touch’ nurture campaign to help convert pipeline into sales.

What we did:

As a key partner to ShoreTel we were engaged to design and deliver an integrated campaign, which included campaign creative and messaging, plus all the key assets.

The ‘Vital Signs’ campaign was born, which highlighted the ‘pain points’ within a business’s current set-up and acted to drive leads to make the switch to cloud communications and grow their business in the cloud.
