Being an issue I am very conscious of and always encouraging my team to pick up the phone, it was interesting to come across this insight article discussing how using the phone more could help your design business.
When looking at how we communicate daily, email is the most relied upon tool. Rightly or wrongly, it happens in every workplace to excess, so how can moving from email communication to the phone help designers/creatives especially build better client relationships.
